About the Unit

The Unit of Quality and Academic Accreditation is one of the key units dedicated to developing the quality of the educational process at the College of Sciences and Arts. It aims to fulfill the requirements for institutional accreditation and to achieve the programmatic accreditation processes for the academic programs offered by the college, ensuring full compliance with all relevant standards. The unit also plays a vital role in improving the performance of faculty members by providing training courses that enhance their academic, professional, and pedagogical skills.
 

Responsibilities
1.    Supervising the development of programmatic accreditation plans for the college’s academic programs.
2.    Contributing to the fulfillment of institutional accreditation requirements.
3.    Preparing the college’s plan and monitoring its implementation.
4.    Supervising the preparation of the operational plans for the college’s academic departments.
5.    Creating training programs for faculty members to develop their academic and administrative skills.
6.    Providing the required forms related to the unit's functions.
7.    Monitoring the completion of required quality reports, such as annual program reports and course reports.
8.    Carrying out any additional tasks assigned to the unit within its scope of responsibilities.
