Tasks:

  • Prepare the committee's operational plan at the college level in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Supervise, follow up on, coordinate, implement, and announce the activities and events included in the committee's operational plan, in coordination with departments and committees within the college.
  • Commit to implementing projects and initiatives included in the college's executive plan that fall within the committee's jurisdiction.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding the implementation of orientation, guidance, awareness-raising activities, and visits.
  • Follow up on the implementation of procedures included in the mechanisms for dealing with outstanding, gifted, struggling, and dropout students.
  • Follow up on the implementation and analysis of the results of the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries of the academic counseling system.
  • Provide the required data to monitor performance indicators related to the committee's tasks, in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Document and archive all committee activities, including minutes, reports, and various events.
  • Perform any emergency tasks assigned to the unit and provide any data requested.

Skills Development and Performance Measurement Committee

Tasks:

  • Prepare the committee's operational plan at the college level in coordination with relevant authorities.

  • Commit to implementing projects and initiatives included in the college's executive plan that fall within the committee's jurisdiction.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities on professional development activities and programs for faculty members, administrators, and students.
  • Follow up on the implementation of opinion polls in coordination with the relevant units, and work to increase the percentage of respondents based on the target indicator.
  • Implement the timeline for the implementation of end-of-program testing activities in accordance with the approved guideline.
  • Design a database for professional development activities based on the required indicators and data elements.
  • Update the performance indicators measurement guide and related measurement tools.
  • Document and archive all committee work, including minutes, reports, and various activities.
  • Implement any emergency tasks assigned to the unit and provide any data requested.

  • Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding the implementation of national, local, and international events, and the college's closing ceremony.
  • Coordinating with external community entities and beneficiaries regarding mechanisms for activating and enhancing community participation.
  • Providing the necessary data regarding performance indicators related to student activities and community service.
  • Documenting and archiving all committee activities, including minutes, reports, and various events.
  • Carrying out any emergency tasks assigned to the unit and providing any data requested.

  • Coordinating with the Deanship of Digital Transformation regarding the design templates for website pages and sub-pages.
  • Implementing the committee's tasks and projects in the college's implementation plan.
  • Fulfilling program accreditation requirements for electronic content, as well as the necessary data and indicators.
  • Documenting and archiving all committee work, including minutes, reports, and various events.
  • Implementing any emergency tasks assigned to the unit and providing any requested data.

  • Commit to implementing projects and initiatives included in the college's executive plan that fall within the committee's jurisdiction.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding the selection of appropriate training sites, cooperative supervisors, and communication channels to enhance the effectiveness of field training.
  • Coordinate with various authorities to identify the priorities and labor market requirements for various graduate development programs, and follow up on their implementation timelines.
  • Monitor the implementation and analysis of the results of the beneficiary satisfaction rate of the cooperative training system, and engage with graduates.
  • Study and identify graduates' needs, job requirements, and the labor market's skills required by graduates.
  • Design a database for graduate professional development programs and events, in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Provide the data required to monitor performance indicators related to the committee's tasks, in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Documenting and archiving all committee activities, including minutes, reports, and various activities.
