Development and Quality Unit

Tasks:

  • Prepare the unit's operational plan at the college level in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Design the college's annual executive plan in light of the university's strategic plan and follow up on the implementation of its initiatives and projects in coordination with various departments and committees.
  • Prepare periodic follow-up reports and final reports on the implementation of the college's annual executive plan in coordination with various departments and committees.
  • Design plans to meet program accreditation requirements for the undergraduate and graduate levels and follow up on their implementation.
  • Coordinate with the Development and Quality Architecture, the General Secretariat of the Strategic Plan, and the Performance Measurement Unit regarding the tasks assigned to the college.
  • Continuously communicate with the Development and Quality Architecture regarding the implementation of institutionally approved quality systems and mechanisms.
  • Provide the necessary technical support for programs to obtain academic accreditation.
  • Document and archive all unit activities, including minutes, reports, and various events.
  • Prepare the college's final report in coordination with various departments and committees.
  • Perform any emergency tasks assigned to the unit and provide any data requested.

Psychological and Educational Counseling Unit Responsibilities

Tasks:

  • Preparing the unit's operational plan.

  • Preparing periodic follow-up reports and final reports to implement the college's annual implementation plan, in coordination with various departments and committees.
  • Documenting and archiving all unit activities, including minutes, reports, and various activities.
  • Preparing the unit's final report.
