About the College of Sciences and Arts
The College of Sciences and Arts was established in 1427 AH/ 2006 CE with five academic departments. Later, additional departments were established while some were re-managed to become independent colleges. The college currently serves more than 2,450 male and female students and offers eight academic programs, five for bachelor's degree and three for master.
The College works to achieve the ambitious goals adopted by the university to become one of the leading universities locally, regionally and internationally. The college has consistently worked toward development and continuous improvement in terms of infrastructure and facilities, as well as academic plans and programs, to achieve quality and excellence in the educational process. It also aims to provide education and learning experiences that meet the requirements of society and the labor market, in addition to attracting more faculty members and granting them scholarships in master's and doctoral degrees for the future of the college.
